Refund policy

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns as they are perishable goods. Unless there's something wrong with the item, we can't offer a refund for any perishable items you change your mind about once the order has been dispatched.

Our returns policy is in accordance with statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
